J. Thomas Nocar (Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP) is co-chair of the firm's Construction Practice Group. Before becoming a construction attorney, Tom spent 26 years managing construction projects. His unique skillset provides a broad technical knowledge of the industry and a practical approach to dispute avoidance and resolution.


	Ryan Sherman (Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP) is co-chair of the firm's Construction Practice Group. Ryan's construction practice crosses every facet of the industry - from preparation and review of the contract to providing services throughout the life of the project. When disputes arise, Ryan works with his clients to arrive at a resolution vs. resorting to litigation.
