Managers and supervisors play an important role in their company's Drug-Free Safety Program. In this class, they will receive guidelines on getting to know their employees and observing changes in their job performance, along with documenting their observations and learning how to confront an employee.

Please note that each participating company must submit a copy of their drug-free workplace policy prior to the day of the class.

CREDITS: This class meets the one-hour training component of the BWC Drug-Free Safety Program for supervisors and is approved for one (1) hour OCILB credit in Health and Safety.

The Builders Exchange has implemented measures in consultation with public health authorities to ensure our protocols help you feel safe while attending onsite events. An air purification (ionization) system has been installed on HVAC units at the BX to cleanse air circulating through the building. Masks are currently optional and class size is limited.

Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be received one week prior to the beginning date of the program.

Consent to use photographic images: Registration and attendance at or participation in BX meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the BX's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image in photographs, videotapes, and electronic reproduction of such events and activities.
