Motivation Understanding Strategy Communication Leadership Empathy Success

Developed after a successful introduction to the MUSCLES approach in 2021, this series allows for a deep dive on each of the middle management concepts that comprise the acronym. At the end of the three sessions, participants will be able to:

>  Understand the attributes of the MUSCLES method for middle managers
>  Identify the "exercises" needed to build their own strength
> Build upon each session to extend their MUSCLES for the future
>  Develop tools for personal growth and development
>  Create a leadership path for next step managers

They'll also identify their personal mission, vision and values for middle management careers and beyond.
